At the heart of my philosophy is the belief that healing happens when we create space, slow down, and learn the language of our bodies. I am here to guide that process with care, clarity, and an approach that honors the whole person.
I grew up in Switzerland in a home where wellness was intuitive. Homeopathy, plant medicine, and alternative healing were part of everyday life, and preventive care was understood as something natural and essential. That early connection to holistic health shaped how I understand the body today: as something wise, communicative, and constantly guiding us toward balance when we learn how to listen.
My work now, across both yoga and hormone health, is rooted in that foundation. I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, understanding their internal rhythms, and creating practices that foster long-term balance. My approach is gentle and intuitive, while remaining grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern knowledge. It brings together mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and preventive lifestyle practices that help the body feel steady, supported, and aligned.
I began practicing yoga in New York City in 2010, initially seeking grounding and clarity within a fast-paced environment. Over time, yoga became my anchor and the lens through which I learned to breathe more fully, move with intention, and live with greater awareness. Years of dedicated study across multiple traditions followed, and this ongoing exploration continues to shape the way I teach, guide and hold space today.
My work blends everything I have learned: the intelligence of the body, the cyclical patterns that influence our hormones, the energetics of breath, and the grounding presence of yoga. Whether I am teaching movement, supporting lifestyle shifts, or helping a client reconnect with their cycle, my intention remains the same: to help women to feel at home in themselves, empowered by their own wisdom, and supported in finding balance.
At the heart of my philosophy is the belief that healing happens when we slow down, create space, and learn the language of our bodies. I am here to guide that process with care, clarity, and an approach that honors the whole person.
