My approach blends breath, mindful movement, and restorative practices to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, my classes and programs are designed to support your body, calm the mind, and help you reconnect with yourself. Group Classes

I offer a range of yoga styles in a communal setting. Classes are exploratory by nature, where students are encouraged to discover intuitive movement and learn technique. We are here to help you connect with your body, breathe, and feel better through the power of yoga. Yoga can also be booked for corporate yoga classes/outings.

Retreats

Orē is a seasonal retreat series. Present, rooted, and nourishing. Each retreat is gentle by design. A place where the pace slows, the breath deepens, and your system has space to settle.
