My work as a hormone health coach centers on helping women understand their cycles, reconnect with their bodies, and make meaningful, lasting shifts that bring the system back into harmony. I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions—I guide and educate. Through a integrative process of nutrition, lifestyle practices, breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement, I offer tailored tools to help you feel grounded, energized, and more at ease in your body.

I believe deeply in preventive medicine and supporting the body before imbalances grow into larger challenges. This work goes beyond managing symptoms. 1:1 Coaching

A 12-week private coaching program designed to bring your hormones, and your daily life, back into balance.

Your hormones influence nearly every aspect of how you feel from energy, sleep, and mood to your cycle, digestion, and skin. If you’ve been feeling “off,” this program offers the space and structure to explore what’s happening beneath the surface and create changes that last. 

Through weekly one-on-one sessions, we focus on understanding your unique hormonal patterns and building sustainable lifestyle practices that support balance over time.

    • A 60-minute introductory assessment to review your health history, current lifestyle, and personal goals

    • 1 x Weekly 50-min private session (50-minutes, live online) offering tailored coaching, education, and practical tools align with each phase of your cycle

    • A personalized cycle-support plan with nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness recommendations for each week

    • Ongoing chat support (daily) throughout the month for questions, encouragement, and accountability

    • Access to a curated library of pre-recorded breathwork, meditation, and gently movement practices to ground your mornings

1:1 Hormone Cycle Syncing Coaching (One Month Package)

A personalized one-month coaching experience designed to help you align your lifestyle with the natural rhythm of your cycle. Together, we explore how nutrition, movement, stress management, and rest can shift throughout the month to support balanced hormones and steady, sustainable energy.

    • Daily 20-minute morning sessions — a gentle start to your day with breathwork + meditation to help calm, align, and set intention

    • Weekly 50-minute live classes focused on one phase of your cycle each week (follicular, ovulation, luteal, menstrual) with guidance on how to eat, move, rest, and structure your day during each phase

    • Group chat support to connect, ask questions, share what’s working (or not), and stay accountable

      All sessions are fully online and recorded, allowing you to join live or participate on your own schedule.

    • A deep understanding of your four cycle phases and how hormonal shifts affect your energy, mood, skin, digestion, and focus.
