A focused month to understand your four cycle phases and start working with them — how to eat, move, rest, and structure your days at each stage.

For women new to cycle syncing or wanting a personalised month before committing to a longer program.

4-Week Group Course

The cycle syncing framework in a group setting. Four weeks, four phases, the added energy of learning alongside other women.

A strong starting point if you want to learn the fundamentals before private work.
