YOUR BODY IS NOT AGAINST YOU
An Orē Women's Immersion Day
September 12, 2025 · 12–5pm · New York City
$99
We built this day for the woman who knows something is off — who has read the books, listened to the podcasts, and still feels like she's working against her own body.
This is not another wellness workshop. It's a carefully designed afternoon that moves you from your head into your body, and into deep rest. Through a Pilates-informed pelvic floor practice, an honest panel conversation with four leading practitioners, somatic breathwork, and a closing yoga nidra with acupuncture — every element is designed to land somewhere deeper than information.
You'll leave with practical tools, a clearer understanding of your body, and something harder to name but just as real: the feeling of having been genuinely nourished.
THE DAY
-
Refreshments, a moment to leave the week behind before anything begins.
-
With Laurence Agénor. The conversation about your core that nobody ever had with you. Practical, embodied, and long overdue.
-
Chelsea Leyland, Laurence Agénor, Sara Silverstein, Saher Hussaini, and Vera Kasper in honest conversation about the female body from four completely different angles. Open questions woven throughout.
-
With Sara Silverstein. An invitation back into the body's full intelligence, not just its symptoms.
-
Led by Saher Hussaini and Vera Kasper. Needles in, eyes closed, everything integrates.
-
Light refreshments, conversation, and space to let the afternoon land
